Model Engineering Solutions GmbH has been an SME since 2006 with around 50 employees, flat hierarchies, agile methods, an open communication culture and a strong team spirit. MES provides solutions in various development chains and highly-automated cloud environments for safe controller software. All but a few of the world's top-selling manufacturers and suppliers in the automotive industry rely on MES’ solutions in their development environments.

What your job entails

• You will familiarise yourself with the agile workflow of professional software development with a professional, communicative and appreciative approach.
• You will support the development and quality assurance of software programmes and contribute to tool features from concept to product maturity.
• You will be involved in analysing and designing software architecture and software specifications.
• You can work on a software product with direct contact with our international customers.

What we want from you

• You have a degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or electrical engineering - comparable qualifications are of course possible.
• Career starters are very welcome.
• We also welcome career changers with several years of adequate professional experience.
• You enjoy teamwork, and you attach importance to good code quality.
• You have experience in GIT version management or other versioning systems.
• You have a careful and reliable way of working with a result-orientated working style.
• Good German and English language skills - We are an international team with international customers.

It would be helpful if you are enthusiastic about some of the following tech stacks and have (initial) experience in them:

• MES Model Examiner® (MXAM): Eclipse, Java, Matlab, Simulink, Embedded Coder or TargetLink
• MES Quality Commander® (MQC): C#, JavaScript, React
