MES Model Examiner® (MXAM)
Release Notes – What's New?
Highlights in latest version of MES Model Examiner® (MXAM) v.12.0 (July 2026)
Improved Finding Repair and Traceability for Linked Libraries
MXAM now offers you the option to automatically repair findings on model elements in linked subsystems, including elements in locked library systems. Findings linked to libraries also include the source library reference path, making it easier to view, filter, select, and trace them across integration models. This gives you better traceability and simpler navigation.
Smarter Project Migration to New MXAM Versions
The MXAM automatic migration now produces a detailed report of every adaptation, includes smarter handling of guideline selections and check parameter settings, and aligns with the document update introduced in MXAM 11.2.0.
Verify Software Model Design and Detect Run Time Errors With Precise Signal Range Computation
Range computation calculates worst-case numerical ranges to detect arithmetic overflows, dead code, and design errors at the model level. Supporting ISO 26262 principles, this feature ensures accurate error detection, including risks that might be missed by static testing. It delivers reliable findings through precise analysis and offers adjustable precision levels to balance accuracy with check runtime.
