Release Notes – What's New?

Highlights in latest version of MES Quality Commander® (MQC) v.8.6 (July 2026)

Save Time by Updating Multiple Configurations in a Single Step
Multiple configuration changes can be applied to a running project simultaneously. You can navigate to and modify various parts of the configuration settings without having to wait for your project to update after each step.

When you are done changing the configuration, the necessary transformation steps are executed only once, instead of after every single section. This streamlines and speeds up the configuration process, especially for large projects.

Open Projects Faster with a Smaller Storage Footprint
The database size was reduced to a more compact representation by consolidating similar data records. As a result, projects open and save faster while requiring less space in the file system or library.

In addition, the data transformation flow has been improved, making it slightly faster, especially for large projects.
