- If we have the impression that it could be a good match, a first interview with management and/or PO and Expert HR will follow
- Possibly with a telephone or online interview beforehand
- Feedback within 5 days
- If there is still interest on both sides: Get to know the team in person at our office
- Feedback on the final decision within 5 days
- Dispatch of the employment contract

How to Prepare
Please note that all your documents should be uploaded as a PDF via our recruiting system. We will treat your application with respect and, of course, with strict confidence.
Remember that an interview is always a two-way process. We want to get to know you as a person, your skills and experience. The interview allows you to get to know us as a company, our culture and more about the role so you can decide if MES is the right place for you to develop your career. Get an idea of the role and its focus. And don't forget to bring your questions! Use the interviews to find out everything you want and need to know.
We are happy to look at your previous work, codes and projects. If we ask you to bring a project, please be prepared to present it.
If we start with an online interview, you will need a computer with a webcam. We do not have a dress code. Wear what you like.
Onboarding
We don't expect you to already have the necessary specialist knowledge - because in several months of on-the-job training and with the support of our mentoring plan you will learn what you need for your daily work at MES. Even after that, your further training and development are very important to us. Regular feedback meetings to promote mutual understanding are a matter of course. We know how exciting a new start is, but don't worry, your mentor and the HR team will support you, especially in your first few days, so that you feel comfortable right from the start.
