This video introduces various layout automation actions within the MES Model and Refactor (MoRe) tool, designed to streamline subsystem organization. These features collectively aim to create a consistent and professional visual layout with minimal manual effort.
You will learn how to:
- Position connected blocks in such a way that the signal lines are straight, and how this action can be used recursively for more distant blocks using the “Straighten Lines from Block” action
- Straighten signal lines by shifting and resizing selected blocks according to their destination or sources, using the “Adjust Blocks to Destinations / Sources” action
- Arrange the port blocks in your subsystem using the “Arrange Port Blocks” action
- Automatically resize either selected blocks or all blocks in the subsystem, to match the text displayed on their icon, with the action “Match Block Size to Icon Text”
