Connected in Asia: MES Strengthens Sales Partnerships

Model Engineering Solutions (MES) is expanding its global network and is now also represented in the ASEAN region with our local sales partner “Gopalam Embedded Systems Pte Ltd”. The central focus here is on strengthening customer support directly on site. Local contacts, technical expertise and regular exchanges ensure that customers in Asia receive the best possible support.

Tailored Support Through Local Expertise

A central element of customer support are regular partner meetings with all distributors, which are held every few weeks. They not only serve to exchange information, but also promote close cooperation between MES and its distributors worldwide. The common goal is to identify customer needs at an early stage and to provide rapid and targeted support when specific assistance is required.

“Our focus is on working closely with our partners to ensure the best possible support for our customers. Through continuous communication and personal support, we can deliver tailor-made solutions. When it comes to technical issues, we provide direct support in joint meetings with distributors and customers,” explains Sophia Kohle, Managing Director of MES.

Supporting the Success of Our Global Network

In addition to the new distributor in the ASEAN countries, MES is already well positioned in various important markets worldwide. Further subsidiaries and sales partners are located in China, the USA, India, Japan, the Republic of Korea and Sweden. These partnerships enable MES to offer its customers around the globe rapid access to specialist knowledge and high-quality.

Dr. Hartmut Pohlheim, Managing Director of MES, met with Pratibha Gopalam and Gurunatham Gopalam at Embedded World 2025 (EW25) and says,  "It was great to meet our partners Embedded Systems Solutions and Gopalam Embedded Systems at EW25. This year, we have focused on training and marketing activities to further strengthen the Static Testing business in India and ASEAN countries. Together with our partners, we are implementing targeted measures to actively support these markets."
