This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund [ERDF].

Starting Point: Why Does High-Quality Work Last?

High-quality work does not come from one method or process. It comes from continuous improvement and adaptation to change.

The PDSA cycle (Plan, Do, Study, Act) explains this approach clearly. It supports systematic quality work.

How Does the PDSA Cycle Support Quality Improvement?

  • Plan (Quality planning): Define quality goals and standards.
  • Do (Quality assurance): Apply the planned standards in practice.
  • Study (Quality control): Analyze deviations (differences from expectations).
  • Act (Quality improvement): Take actions to improve future results.

Project Objectives

The project develops a multi-criteria decision-making process (decisions based on several criteria at the same time).

The goal is to cluster detailed activities in a structured way.

Key objectives:

  • Structure the activities using defined criteria.
  • Prioritize tasks between clusters and within a cluster (derived from the artifact criteria as an integral part of the multi-criteria decision-making process).
  • Create activity clusters that best fit user needs.
  • Include additional criteria when required (for example, use case-specific criteria).

Benefits

The algorithmic sequencing adds high value to development projects. Manual prioritization is replaced by an optimal solution that considers all criteria and makes them transparent.
