About the Author
Simon Rösel is a Doctor of Natural Sciences (Dr.rer.nat./PhD) in Applied Mathematics. His focus during his studies was on the development of numerical algorithms for the efficient solution of variational inequality problems related to applications in mechanical engineering and image processing. This base knowledge served him greatly as he started working as a software engineer for MXAM right after finishing his PhD in 2017.
After over 8 years at MES, Simon is currently the Product Owner of MXAM. His deep industry expertise and strong mathematical background give him a unique advantage in furthering the tool's capabilities.
