MES Model & Refactor® (MoRe) - Layout
This video demonstrates how you can improve the layout of your subsystems, using MES Model and Refactor’s® (MoRe) four most important layout actions.
You will learn how to:
• Position connected blocks in such a way that the signal lines are straight, and how this action can be used recursively for more distant blocks using the “Straighten Lines from Block” action
• Straighten signal lines by shifting and resizing selected blocks according to their destination or sources, using the “Adjust Blocks to Destinations / Sources” action
• Arrange the port blocks in your subsystem using the “Arrange Port Blocks” action
• Automatically resize either selected blocks or all blocks in the subsystem, to match the text displayed on their icon, with the action “Match Block Size to Icon Text"
